- Chickpeas 
- Geera 
- Garam masala 
- Salt 
- Italian seasoning 
- Garlic Power 
- Garlic 
- Onion 
- Crushed red peppers / spicy peppers 
Recipe
- Soak your chickpeas over night 
- Pressure your chickpeas for 10-15 mins 
- Chop your garlic and onions. 
- Sauté your onions for 3-5 mins and then add in your garlic 
- Now it’s time to add in your Channa 
- Season with salt, geera, garam masala, Italian seasoning and garlic powder 
- Garnish with Green onions and enjoy
